Illustration Friday - Foggy

Agnes fed the birds. Every day rain or shine Agnes went to the park to feed the birds. They needed her. They never said thank you or showed her any affection. But she knew she was appreciated. Then one day the Parks Department put up that sign. What did those fuddy duddies at the Parks Department know. The birds needed her. And she needed them.

Here's another, not so foggy, take on Agnes. But, I don't know, I think I prefer the lady in the first version better.

Beautiful, Jennifer. Hopefully the fog will cover that sign each morning, and Agnes can feed the birds without feeling any guilt.

Yep, those people who put up the sign are surely fuddy duddys! ( I have some very beautiful tall flowers I could plant there.)
OR Agnes can just toss some bird seed under the sign, it grows quickly and soon there will be no sign of the sign.

I love the mood of this one - the fog makes it very ethereal and dreamy. Really nice story too :)

The bottom Agnes is wonderful, and the top one tells a great story.

I love the story to accompany your illustration! I really like the foggy illo at the top...just enough to make it look all mysterious and quiet where Agnes is sitting...she's great in the bottom illo, too, but I really like the feeling of the top one.
