Illustration Friday - Clean

A Clean Sheet.

There is nothing I find more intriguing than a clean sheet of paper. To me, the potential that a sheet of paper holds borders on magical. When touched by a pen or pencil, the image created can make people laugh or bring them to tears.

I suppose it's that potential that prods me to draw and paint when other things are begging for my attention. Right now, for instance, I should be balancing the check book. But first, just one more drawing...

I like the idea and the illo is really gorgeous! Is it digital or traditional? I'm very impressed. It captures the magic you are trying to communicate.

Thanks all, it's a pencil drawing that I colored in photoshop. Actually I'm a righty too (but it's easier to use my left as a model)

Oh Okay, Jenn, forget the checkbook, the wet laundry, the grocery store, the dust bunnies.... Your talent deserves the time you devote to it. Beautiful image and thoughts!
