Illustration Friday - Fierce

I gave myself 15 minutes to come up with a piece for IF this week. Of course some would have you believe the fiercest animal on the planet is a wild animal like a lion or a tiger or something like that. But I happen to know, the most terrifyingly vicious beast on the face of the Earth is a Chihuahua.

Here's a coloring page version so you can make one the same color as that special little doggie in your life. :)

Hey, check it out, Erin colored in her own pooch and posted it on her blog. Maybe we should have a coloring contest - the prize could be a Chihuahua. (just kidding!)

I absolutely adore this; I was attracted by your thumbnail and was disappointed when your first post didn't work! I too like giving myself a limited time; it makes a good exercise.

I especially love the black and white version :) I wonder why little yappy dogs think they're so scary?

Great exercise to give yourself limited time. A wonderful and simple solution. Very effective.

I have seen my share of chihuahuas that are definitely as FIERCE as yours!

Very nice, and even more impressive that it is a 15 minute work. I love his tenacity.

fantastic, chihauhaus are like short people, they have to have big mouths to make up for their size...ha ha...

Oh, yes, we had the same idea! My little dog Snoopy was the same way (my mom used to say he did not know he was a dog, because he simply did not get along with any other dog, especially anyone that was taller than he was: he was a daschund mix.) He was small, but had the bark of a shepard!
